Terms of service

1. Service and eligibility
TableMint converts images and selected document pages into editable tables and downloadable spreadsheets. It also provides review, crop and rotation, related-table combining and other export formats. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement and have permission to process the material they upload.
2. AI and your documents
Recognition uses the third-party DeepSeek API. Uploads are sent to our hosting infrastructure and relevant image content is sent to DeepSeek for recognition; this is not an offline conversion service. Results may contain missing rows, incorrect numbers or other errors. Review output against the original before using it for accounting or other important decisions. You retain your rights in your material and grant only the permission needed to process it and deliver results. We do not use your documents to train our own models.
3. Current free beta
The current public beta requires email-code sign-in and offers up to two recognition calls per verified account per UTC day, subject to a shared site-wide daily quota. Each IP address also has a limit of two free calls, so shared networks may share this allowance. A request for another AI extraction, including full-text extraction or recognizing a crop again, is another call. Editing and exporting an existing result do not spend recognition allowance. Availability is limited; no automatic payment is taken. Public purchases remain disabled until merchant approval and the credit delivery system are ready.
4. Proposed paid credits — inactive until launch
The proposed initial package is US$1.99 for 10 image-recognition credits, with any applicable tax displayed at checkout. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. One credit covers one successfully completed AI extraction of one image page; a new AI extraction spends another credit. Failed processing does not spend a purchased credit. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the service operates. Credits do not guarantee unlimited throughput and are subject to disclosed processing limits. Paid credits are bound to the verified account used at purchase. Sign in with the same email on another device to access the balance; keep access to that mailbox secure. Payment is processed by Waffo Pancake; we do not collect full payment-card details.
5. Refunds and billing
The refund policy is part of these terms. For the proposed paid launch, an entirely unused package may be refunded in full if requested within seven calendar days of purchase. Used or partly used packages are reviewed individually; mandatory consumer rights, duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery and serious service failure are not excluded. Refunds return through the original payment method when supported by the provider. A payment-success URL alone is not proof of payment. We verify the provider order before delivering credits.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful documents you are entitled to process. Do not upload material that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights, use the service for fraud, attempt to access another user’s documents or interfere with security and rate limits. Redact identity numbers, payment-card details, medical records and other sensitive information before uploading. The beta is not designed for regulated or highly sensitive document processing.
7. Availability, liability and changes
We may restrict abuse, suspend affected functions during incidents or update the service. We do not promise perfect recognition or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for the service is limited to the fees paid to TableMint in the preceding 12 months; this does not limit rights or liabilities that law does not permit us to exclude. If we discontinue paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund verified unused prepaid credits proportionately. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Mainland China law applies where it does not override those protections.

1. 服务及使用资格
TableMint 把图片及选定的文档页转为可编辑表格和可下载电子表格，提供核对、裁切旋转、关联表格合并和其他格式导出。服务面向年满 18 岁、有能力订立协议，并有权处理所上传材料的用户。
2. AI 与用户文档
识别调用第三方 DeepSeek API。上传内容发送至托管基础设施，相关图像内容发送至 DeepSeek 识别，并非离线转换。结果可能缺行、识别错数字或存在其他错误，记账等重要用途前须对照原件检查。你保留材料权利，仅授予处理和交付所需的许可；我们不使用用户文档训练自有模型。
3. 当前免费试用
当前公开试用须通过邮箱验证码登录，每个已验证账户每个 UTC 自然日最多免费识别两次，同时受全站日额度限制；每个 IP 的免费次数也上限两次，共享网络可能共享次数。再次调用 AI，包括全文识别或裁切后重新识别，会另计一次。编辑、合并及导出已有结果不消耗识别次数。服务限量，不自动扣款；商户审核及额度交付系统完成前不开启公开购买。
4. 拟定收费额度——启用前不生效
拟定首个套餐为 1.99 美元购买 10 次图片识别额度，适用税费在结账时显示。一次性购买，无订阅、续费或自动充值。每次成功完成一张图片页的 AI 提取消耗一次额度；新的 AI 提取另计一次。处理失败不扣已购额度。服务存续期间，已购额度不设预定到期日；额度不代表无限吞吐，实际处理限制会明示。已购额度绑定购买时的已验证账户，换设备使用同一邮箱登录即可恢复余额；请妥善保护邮箱访问权限。支付由 Waffo Pancake 处理，我们不收集完整支付卡信息。
5. 退款与账单
退款政策构成本条款的一部分。拟定付费方案为：购买后七个自然日内，整个套餐未使用，可申请全额退款；部分或全部使用后逐单核查，不排除法定消费者权利、重复或未经授权扣款、未交付及严重服务故障等例外。平台支持时经原支付方式退款。仅跳到支付成功网址不代表已经付款，我们核查平台订单后才交付额度。
6. 允许用途及限制
仅处理合法且有权处理的材料，不侵犯隐私或知识产权，不用于欺诈，不尝试访问他人文档或干扰安全及限额。上传前请遮盖证件号、支付卡资料、医疗记录等敏感信息。当前试用版并非为受监管或高度敏感的文档处理设计。
7. 可用性、责任及变更
我们可限制滥用、在事故中暂停相关功能或更新服务，不承诺完美识别或持续无中断。在适用法律允许的范围内，服务责任限于此前 12 个月向 TableMint 支付的费用；不排除法律禁止排除的权利及责任。若因与你违约无关的原因停止付费服务，将按核实的未使用预付额度比例退款。重大变更会在生效前于网站公告。保留适用的强制性消费者保护；在不取代这些保护的前提下适用中国大陆法律。
